摘要
以松香为原料合成了自身定着型阳离子中性施胶剂(CRS)。采用新的实验优化法——均匀设计对合成工艺条件进行优化。结果是松香和硬脂酸摩尔比1:1、二乙烯三胺和总酸(树脂酸+硬脂酸)摩尔比0.6:1、阳离子化反应时间6~7h。CRS胶的施胶效果受干燥温度影响,适宜干燥温度下,施胶效果近似烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD),远高于松香胶(RS)。CRS胶不降低纸张的物理强度,其阳离子性增加纤维间结合能力,产生抗老化性能。
A cationic sizing agent of self fixing type was synthesized from rosin,stearic acid,diethyltriamine and epichlorohydrin. The optimum conditions of synthesis were:the mole ratio of rosin to stearic acid 1 :1. diethyltriamine to total acid (resinic acid + stearic acid) 0. 6 :1,and the cationic reaction time 6-7 h.
The CRS (cationic resinic stearamide) was heat steady,its sizing effect was not influenced by the pH and temperature of stock,but easily influenced by drying temperature. In suitable drying conditions,the sizing effect of CRS was equivalent to that of AKD. This sizing agent has no influence on the sheet strengths. Moreover, the bonding ability between fibers has been raised and the anti-aging ability has been taken place.
