广东山区发展的现状、问题与对策

Present Situation,Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Mountain Areas in Guangdong

山区发展问题是关系到我国全面建设小康社会的一个至关重要的问题。广东山区的发展纵向比较进步明显,但与珠江三角洲横向比较差距越来越大。山区发展的投入严重不足,经济实力弱,基础设施建设滞后,农村劳动力整体素质低,人才流失严重等等,成为制约山区发展的重要因素。因此,加快山区发展的关键是要增强山区自我积累和自我发展的能力。

The development of mountain areas is very important to the building of a relatively comfortable society in our country in an all-round way. The improvement in the development of Guangdong's mountain areas is much greater than ever,but compared with that of the Pearl River Delta,the former areas are left far behind. The main factors are: the investment to the development of mountain areas is extremely insufficient;the economic strength is weak;the construction of infrastructures can't keep up with the development;the quality of labour force in the countryside is low as a whole;a great number of capable people have drained away. Therefore,the key to the development of mountain areas is to strengthen their ability of self-accumulation and self-development.
