延长尿道口-阴道口间距治疗女性尿道综合征50例

Prolonging the distance between urethral orifice and vaginal ostium in the treatment of females with urethral syndrome

目的 探讨治疗女性尿道综合征的手术方法及可行性。方法 对50例女性尿道综合征患者采用延长尿道口-阴道口间距进行治疗。结果 除5例失随访外,余45例(90％)全部得到随访,痊愈者38例(84％),好转4例(9％),差3例(7％),痊愈38例中,术后3个月内痊愈者8例,4-6月13例,7-12月12例,1-2 a 5例,平均8月,总有效率达到93％。结论 此术式治疗女性尿道综合征,简单,安全、可行,疗效满意。

AIM To study an operational method and its possibility in treatment for female urethral syndrome.METHODS 50 cases of female urethral syndrome were treated by prolonging the distance between urethral orifice and vaginal ostium. RESULT Except for 5,45(90%)cases were followed up.of which 38(84%)were cured,4(9%)gotten better,3(7%)of no effect.Of 38 cases cured,8 were cured within 3 nonths after operation,13 within 4-6months,12 within 7-12nonths,5 within 1-2 years, with the average of 8 nonths.Its effective rate reached 93% .CONCLUSION Treatment for female urethral syndrome by extending the distance between urethral orifice and vaginal orifice is simple,safe and feasible.
