放电等离子烧结制备AlON陶瓷 被引量:3

Fabrication of A10N Ceramics by Spark Plasma Sintering

摘要 以AlN粉和Al2O3为原料,用放电等离子烧结(SPS)技术制备单相AlON陶瓷。研究表 明:用SPS技术在1700℃仅保温3min就可得到99TD%的AlON陶瓷,该技术是实现AlON陶瓷 低温快速烧结的有效途径。 AlON ceramics are fabricated by spark plasma sintering (SPS) technology using A1N and Al2O3 as starting materials. Dense AlON ceramics (99TD%) are obtained at 1700t for 3 minutes. Low temperature and rapid sintering for AlON ceramics are achieved by the technology.
