过量Y_2O_3的添加对熔融织构YBCO大块性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究了不同添加量Y_2O_3对熔融织构YBCO大块超导体的熔化生长温度、显微结构及其超导性能的影响。结果发现,随着Y_2O_3添加量的增加,YBCO材料的熔化生长温度降低,而其固态反应温度并无明显变化。YBCO块材的磁悬浮力随着Y_2O_3添加量的增加,先增加后减小而出现了一个峰值,其最佳的添加量约为10(质量百分数)左右。结合这组样品的初始成分及显微组织,分析了Y_2O_3的添加对YBCO超导性能的影响,并制备出了高质量的YBCO超导块材。
