Perfecting Government's Function under the Guidence of Market Economy

经济全球化所引至的一系列变化,对政府的职能提出了新的要求。我国作为一个正处在经济转轨中的发展中国家,正确认识经济全球化对政府职能转变所产生的影响,加快推进政府职能转变,建立和完善与经济全球化要求相适应的经济管理体制具有十分重要的意义。目前全球范围内的“企业化”政府的改革模式刚刚兴起,这也是我国政府改革值得借鉴的。

The series of changes caused by economic globalization have put forward new requirements about government's functions.As a developing country, our country should have a correct idea about the changes, fasten the transformation of government' s functions, establish and perfect the economic management system which can meet the needs of economic globalization. At present, the reform model of 'enterprise -like'govemment has just appeared in the world, it is worth learning for our country.
