摘要
本文利用东北林业大学凉水实验林场10生樟子松种源试验的材料,采用方差分析、主分量分析等方法,将10个樟子松地理种源归并为子代遗传性状相似的3个地理种源组。以划分的种源组为依据,参考气候因子的自然划分和阻隔基因交流的自然条件,把樟子松的天然分布区划分成3个种源区。即大兴安岭北部山地种源区(No、Ⅰ);呼伦贝尔沙地种源区(No、Ⅱ);黑龙江沿岸冲积沙地种源区(No、Ⅲ)。
This paper concerns data from provenance test at ten year old Pinus sylvestris var mongolica in Liangshui Forest Experimental Station of NEFU. By using variance analysis and PCA, ten provenances have been divided into three geographical provenance groups with similiar off spring's genetic characteristics each group. On the basis of provenance group division, using nagural division of climate factors and natural condition of separating the gene exchange as reference, three provenance districts have been made: (1) The mountain provenance district in the north part of the Great Xingan Mountains(No.Ⅰ); (2) The sandy provenance district of Hulunbeir(No.Ⅱ); (3) The alluvial sand ground district along with Heilongjiang river(No.Ⅲ).
