Way to Deal With Construction of Soft Environment in Hubei

搞好环境建设,推进环境创新是加快湖北省发展的关键问题。湖北环境建设相对滞后,存在诸多问题。湖北的软环境建设要努力营造规范严明的法制环境、诚实守信的信用环境、优良高效的服务环境。要坚持思想道德教育与制度建设相结合、市场机制与政府推动相结合、专项整治与综合治理相结合,坚持用硬措施改善软环境。

The critical question in accelerating the development of Hubei province lies in doing a good job of the environmental construction and giving impetus to environmental innovation. With various problems existing, the environmental construction in Hubei is relatively lagging. Therefore, Hubei should work hard to shape a normal legal environment, an honest creditable credit environment, and an excellent efficient service environment. Hubei should stick to the combinations of ideological moral education and system establishment, market mechanism and government impetus, and special recondition and comprehensive management. It should persist in improving soft environment by means of hard measures.
