政府采购制度是市场经济国家普遍通行的一种财政管理制度。在我国,由于实行政府采购制度的历史还不长,政府采购工作中还存在较多问题。我们必须采取各种措施,完善政府采购制度,规范政府采购工作,以充分发挥政府采购在财政管理中的作用。

The government purchase system is a financial management system, which is generally practiced in the market economy countries. In China, there still exist many problems in this system, for it is not long since the system was practiced . As a result, all kinds of effective measures should be taken to perfect the system and consummate the government purchase work. Thus the government purchase system can play an important role in financial management.
