摘要
以泰山学院女学生为研究对象,采用文献法、实验法、比较法,来分析说明在短跑训练中,加强一些包含有提高放松能力的训练内容,对短跑成绩提高的作用.
This paper,taking girlstudents of our college as subjects,mainly discusses how the relaxingtraining method functions in the improvement of dash by employing the methods of literature,experiment,and comparison.
