Ruan Yuan and the Gujingjingshe

阮元是清代乾嘉之际所有诗歌群体核心人物中最具影响力的一个 ,他以士大夫官员、学者、文人三位一体的身份进行诗歌创作 ,塑造了独特的诗心、诗情和诗歌风貌 ;他借助自身的社会地位进行文化建设 ,造就了诂经精舍的文化盛况 ,为乾嘉之际的文化和诗歌领域输送了新生力量。他是清代诗歌发展史上最后一位具有广泛影响力的地方风雅总持 ,对乾嘉之际以及整个清代诗史 ,都具有重要意义。

Ruan Yuan was one of the most important leaders among all the poet groups during the period of time between Qianlong and Jiaqing era. His triune identity of a scholar, official, and literator made his poetry a very unique feature. He created the culture pomp of the Gujingjingshe (a place where wise and learned scholars explained Confucian scriptures), feeding a new lease of life to the poetical and cultural field. He was the last influencial leader and had an important place in the poetical history of the Qing Dynasty.
