关于建设张家口地铁的设想

Envisaged Plan of Building the Subway in Zhangjiakou

张家口市人口稠密,道路狭窄,由此而带来许多交通和环境问题。若纵贯市区南北沿清水河建造轻轨铁路(地铁),可有效地缓解市区交通压力,促进市区发展重心南移,以及旧城的现代化改造,同时也有利于环境保护和城市的持续发展。从水文分析看,该地铁的安全是有保障的。由于其占地少,建造和运行成本低,经济上可行。此线路贯穿人口稠密区,一旦运行,定会吸引众多客源。

Zhangjiakou is crowded and the roads and streets are narrow,which brings about a lot of problems in transportation and environment. If we build a light railway (subway) along the Qinghe River through the city from south to north,we could effectively release the pressure of urban transportation,promote the reform of the old town modernization by shifting the developing centre to the south part of the city, protect the environment ,and keep the city developing permanently. From the angle of hydrological analysis,the safety of the subway is insurable.The way is also economically feasible,for it takes up less land and costs low in construction and transportation.The subway will go through the down-town places of the city,so once it is completed,it'll attract large passengers.
