摘要
淡化“官念”意识,树立并强化服务意识是做好高校人事工作的现实需要,它对高校管理体制的改革有着积极意义。具体可通过:让服务管理的理念贯穿高校人事工作的全过程:立足高校人事工作的特殊性,树立“以人为本”的人力资源管理现,为人力资源的开发提供服务;贯彻“校务公开”的原则,为学校管理提供信息服务;积极营造有利于人才培养的良好环境,做好环境服务;提高人事干部的自身素质,保工正服务的良好开展等途径与方式来实现。
It is important for college management to eliminate official awareness and enhance service awareness in order to improve personnel management. This service awareness is also significant in the reform of college management system and it can be carried out by emphasizing service in the process of personnel management, realizing the peculiarity of personnel management and putting an emphasis on human. Hence a better environment can be created, which will benefit the training of the talent.
