摘要
高校后勤社会化改革经过近年来的不断实践,取得了丰硕的成果,同时也存在着种种问题。本文试图从后勤管理改革的两个根本性质——利益性和服务性的关系对后勤社会化改革中存在的问题进行分析,并提出具体的对策措施。
Great success has achieved in logistic socialization reform at colleges and universities, but problems still exist. The article expounds the problems in the reform and suggests ways to solve them by analysing the relationship between profit and service.
