摘要
在pH值 =8.0的B R缓冲液中 ,痕量铜 (Ⅱ ) (Cu2 + )对过氧化氢与罗丹明B的氧化反应具有催化作用 ,使罗丹明B的荧光减弱 .据此建立了一种测定痕量Cu2 + 的新方法 .方法检测限为 1.5 2ug/L ,测定范围为 0 .0 3~ 0 .3mg/L .本法用于测定牡蛎样品中Cu2 + 的测定 ,平均回收率为 99% .
A catalytic fluorimetric method is reported for the determination of trace copper(Ⅱ). The method is based on the catalytic effect of copper(Ⅱ) for the oxidation of rhodamine B by hydrogen peroxide.The detection limit for copper(Ⅱ) is 1.52 μg/L.The linear range of the determination is 0.03~0.3 mg/L.This method has been used to determine copper(II) in oysters.The average recovery is 99%.
