On the Comprehensive Competitive Capacity of a Teachers' College

随着我国市场经济的进一步发展和教育改革的不断深化,教师教育全面开放并朝着大众化和国际化方向迈进,这给师范类专科学校的发展带来前所未有的巨大压力。如何在激烈的竞争中保持良好的发展态势,提高自身的综合竞争实力是我们学校面临的严峻形势和挑战。

This paper is a relatively profound discussion on the comprehensive competitive capacity (CCC) of teachers' colleges. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages concerning some important educational factors that need to be taken into consideration in face of the increasingly challenging situation of higher education. Based on this, the author proposes that education reforms be of urgent need to raise the CCC of colleges so as to meet the requirements of the society of talents education. Finally, some suggestions are made on how to cultivate the CCC from various perspectives.
