特教教师在职培训要走终身教育的道路

The Lifelong Education for In-Service Special Education Teacher Training

本文通过对特教教师队伍现状 ,特教师资队伍建设中存在的主要问题 ,及特教师资队伍加强职后教育的必要性与可行性分析 ,提出给予一定的政策支持 ,分类指导、按需施教 ,扩大中等特师的办学职能 ,适当地开展远距离教育等 ,将是加强我国在职特教教师的终身教育的有效措施 ,有利于提高我国特教师资队伍的整体素质 。

This paper illustrated the lifelong education for in-service special e ducation teachers, in relation to the current difficulties in special education teacher training as well as the necessity and feasibility in strengthening the p rofession through in-service training. It was recommended that the authority sho uld formulate policy support, provide guidance accordingly, offer tailor-made op portunities, enhance the role of secondary special normal schools and develop di stant learning in education. These measures would be helpful to strengthen devel opment of the profession.
