台港文学是中华整体文学图谱中的文学,是中华文化框架内的同质文学,具有相同的血缘与遗传。但另一方面,无论是地理环境、语言风俗,还是性格特征和文化心理,两岸三地的文学都有自己不同的内在气质和外在特征。中华文学的整体性,已经引起学术界的普遍关注。

Taiwan and Hong Kong literature is a component of the whole Chinese literature. However, the literature of the mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong each has its own external characteristics in geographical environment, language usage, characters and cultural psychology. The integrity of Chinese literature has already attracted universal attention in academic field.
