人的全面发展是马克思关于未来社会发展目标的设想,我国全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,明确提出了促进人的全面发展的历史任务,促进人的全面发展是全面建设小康社会的要求。在全面建设小康社会的过程中,人的全面发展得以逐步实现,同时,人越全面发展,社会的物质文化财富就会创造得越多,人民的生活就越能得到改善,全面的小康社会得以更快实现。这两个历史过程相互结合,相互促进,共同发展。

The all-around development of individual is Marx's design for the future social development. It is proposed as a historical task in the construction of a well-off society in which it will be realized step by step. On the other hand, the all-around development of individual will help create more material and cultural wealth, improve people's life so that a well-off society will be realized sooner.
