在高校开设就业指导课是一新事物 ,就业指导课是就业指导的重要部分 ,是高校自身存在与发展的需要 ,是适应就业制度改革 ,加强素质教育的需要 ;是建立开放的高等教育格局的需要。加强大学生就业指导课的建设 ;要从提高认识着手 ,建立完善的就业指导体系。

As an important component of employment guidance, the introduction of Employment Guidance Course to the university is necessary. The employment guidance course aims at satisfying the three needs, i.e., the need of the survival and development for a university, the need of the employment system reform and the development of quality-oriented education, and the need of the construction of open higher education patterns. To reinforce the construction of the employment guidance course for undergraduates, a full-fledged employment guidance system must be constructed.
