摘要
创新教育的一个重要内容是创新人格教育,德育在培养学生的创新人格中有着举足轻重的作用。然而,当今学校德育存在重知识灌输,轻主体内化;重单向管理,轻知、情同构;重显性效果,轻隐性环境等方面的缺失。这些都不利于学生创新人格的形成。创新人格教育呼唤德育的创新,教育者要树立以培养创新人格为主线的德育观,根据学生主体因素的不同特点,制定可行的德育规划,构建新型的师生关系,建立科学的德育评价机制。
Moral education plays an important role in cultivating the students' innovative personality, which is among others an important aspect of innovative education. However, the moral education in schools today has an inclination of emphasizing knowledge cramming while neglecting subjective digesting, emphasizing one-way management while neglecting the structural concord between intelligent and moral feeling, emphasizing obvious effect while neglecting recessive environment, which may prevent the formation of innovative personality. Innovative education calls for an urgent reform in moral education. It is a necessity to thoroughly transform concepts of moral education, motivated by the cultivation of innovative personality,to work out a feasible plan for moral education according to personal traits of students, to build up a novel relationship between teachers and students, and finally to establish a scientific evaluation system for morality education.
