摘要 凸轮传动主要被应用于机械控制系统,控制精度是其凸轮机构设计的主要内容,初始精度是由凸轮廓线的精确设计来保证,摩擦磨损问题是凸轮传动系统正常工作的重要条件,是凸轮传动失效的重要因素,决定系统的使用寿命,综述和分析凸轮传动的失效方式及摩擦学设计的基本问题。 Cam transmission is widely applied to mechanical controlling system. Controlling precision is important content for cam mechanism design. Original precision is assured by accurately designing cam outline. Tribological and wear problem is an important condition of operation of cam transmission system, the main factor of system failed, and decides use-life of system. The failed manner and the basic problem of tri-bological design are summarized and analyzed about cam transmission system.
