摘要 本文认为 ,国有资产委托代理关系具有三个特殊性 :国有资产初始委托人是虚置的 ;其所有者代表不是真正的所有者 ;所有者代表所处的市场环境是不完善的。前两个特殊性是国有资产委托代理关系的内在特殊性 ,这是既定的 ,无法改变的 ,后一个是外在特殊性 ,这可以随着市场经济体制和政治体制的完善而不断得到改善。 This paper reaches three particularities of principal-agent in state-owned prope rty: original principals of the state-owned property is virtual setup, its repre sentative is not real owner and the market surroundings of the representative is not perfect. The ex-two particularities is internal particularities of principa l-agent in state-owned property, this is decided and can't be changed, the final is an outside particularity, this may be improved with continuous amelioration of market economy system and political system. finally puts forward the counterm easure of improvement in management profit of the state-owned property.
