摘要
技术动作美和形体姿态美,使健美操具有鲜明的艺术性。健美操教学应走出片面追求动作技能的培养而忽视美育的误区,“体育”与“美育”并重,既健身又健心,加强形体姿态美、心灵美、创造美的教育。
The rhythmic movements and beautiful postures add great charms to the artistry of callisthenics. In callisthenice teaching, the training of movement skills seems to have been overstressed while the aesthectic function of callisthenics ignored. The author states that both physical and aesthetic education should be paid attention to, and that equal attention should be given to beautiful postures, beautiful souls, and wisdom to create beautiful things.
