借鉴国外职业培训经验 缓解我国社会就业压力

Make Use of Other Countries' Experience in Vocational Training to Lessen China's Employment Dislocation

缓解就业压力是当前我国社会急需解决的重大问题之一,通过降低社会保障、“强迫介绍工作”、劳动资格准入以及社会、企业和个人各方面共同参与职业培训等方式“强迫”失业者去工作,失业者重新就业的机会就会大大增多。

It is one of the major issues to lessen employment dislocation in China. The author thinks that job opportunities for the unemployed will be greatly increased if the following measures are taken: to decrease the amount of unemployment compensation, to have the unemployed accept the job given by the government if he can't find one, to supply jobs to those with labor qualification certificates, and to train the unemployed to improve their professional skills.
