To adapt themselves to the changes of modern times and to the reforms in their schools the teaching secretaries are expected to have service consciousness, responsibility consciousness, coordination consciousness and initiative spirit. They will become well qualified if they keep on learning modern educational theories, improve their qualities comprehensively, grow more aware of their responsibilities, work harder, and try to make more progress by keeping up with the times.
