Class management is a component part of the school education system, and Hegel thinks education means the liberation of ethics. So, in class management the permeation of ethics cannot be overstated out of the following reasons: it can improve the life quality of the students who are the main body of the school; it can speed up the process of closing the divergence of values among teachers and students; it can help educators find the ethic meaning of education, educational management, and class management.
