摘要
为避免健身健美操运动造成膝关节损伤,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法以屈膝15°左右站立为运动中基本姿势(动作初始、还原位置)对健美操俱乐部会员进行分组实验,并对训练前后各组膝关节屈伸肌群进行不同角速度峰力矩及对不同膝角股直肌肌电进行测试。研究得出:以屈膝15°左右站立为健身健美操动态基本姿势进行锻炼可以降低膝关节运动负荷,增强初学者股四头肌肌力,此姿态可以确定为膝关节动态保护性姿势。
To avoid being injured in the process of fitness aerobics,based on document research,questionnaire and the observation of the basic gesture with the knees knelt down15°(the beginning position and the revivification of the knee movement.),the authors divided the members of fitness aerobics club into different groups.While the examinations are fulfilled to do with the different peak torques of the angular velocity when the knee muscles are made tense and loose and to deal with different muscle electrophoresis in the form of different rectos knee degrees by taking physical education measures in essence.As a basic gesture in body-building and fitness aerobics,the way to make people go down on their knees to the degree of15while standing will relieve their burthen in the course,which will also strengthen the quadriceps muscles of beginners.In con-clusion,this gesture can be taken as a fairly protective one for the trainers' safe knee movement.
