摘要
只有进入成人的世界,把握他们的心理特征,才能了解成人教育工作者真实的社会意义。本文试从探讨成人学习者的心理特征出发,阐述了成人教育工作者所面临的任务以及成人教育管理工作的有效方法。
Only if you fall into the adults world and understand their psychological features,can you understand the real social significance of the adult education managers.Based on the psychological features of adult learners,this paper discussed the tasks that are faced by the adult education managers and the efficiency that should be considered in the adult education management.
