摘要
近来将TQM导入高等教育机构流行一时,但多为宏观上的把握。本文从微观层面———课堂教学探讨TQM导入的可行性和可操作性,指出其应遵循的14条原则以及影响其实施的外生变量,为TQM导入高等教育提供可操作的路径。
This article attempts to make a micro analysis of the feasibility of introducing TQM into college classrooms.It points out fourteen principles for college classroom teaching and the conditions for their implementation ,thus providing the feasible ways of introducing TQM into higher education.
