工作能力指数法新增社会功能维度预试验评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的 对修订版工作能力指数量表 (workabilityindexquestionnaire—revisededition ,WAI R)中增加的社会功能维度进行预试验评价。方法 随机抽取某厂 198名在职职工填写WAI R量表 ,回收量表 165份 ,有效量表 134份 ,采用项目区分度分析、主成分因子分析和同质性信度检验对WAI R量表社会功能维度进行评价。结果 社会功能评价条目均具有很高的鉴别力 (P <0 0 0 1) ;社会功能总分与各维度 (社会适应、社会支持、人际关系、孤独和娱乐活动 )得分之间的相关关系具有统计学意义 (P <0 0 1) ,相关系数分别为 0 770、0 82 3、0 631、0 40 4和 0 40 6。社会适应、社会支持、人际关系维度与其所含条目间也都呈现较高的相关关系 (P <0 0 1) ;社会功能分量表条目分别由 5个共因子支配 ,累计贡献率为 67 75 % ,各条目的公因子方差均高于 0 5 0 ;分量表同质性较好 (Cronbach sα系数 =0 764) ,除孤独维度外 ,其他维度的Cronbach sα系数均在 0 5 5以上。结论 WAI Objective To make pre-testing evaluation for social function dimensionality newly added in the revised work ability index questionnaire(WAI-R).Method One hundred and ninety-eight employees were randomly selected from a factory to fill out WAI-R.Item differentiation analysis,principal component analysis and factor analysis,as well as intra-item reliability,were used for evaluating social function dimensionality of WAI-R.Result Totally,165 questionnaires were reclaimed and 134 of them were valid.Data analysis showed that all items in social function dimensionality sub-questionnaire had better differentiation(P<0.001).Overall score of social function correlated well with five dimensionality scores,such as social adaptation,social support,personal interaction,isolation and recreation,with coefficients of correlation of 0.770,0.823,0.631,0.404 and 0.406,respectively,reaching statistical significance(P<0.01).Scores of dimensionality,such as social adaptation,social support and personal interaction,highly correlated with scores of corresponding items(P<0.01).Items of social function sub-questionnaire could be explained by five common factors,with a cumulative variance of eigenvalue of 67.75% and common factor variance of all items more than 0.50.Social function sub-questionnaire had a better intra-item reliability,with Cronbach's α of 0.764.Cronbach's α for all other items were more than 0.55,except for isolation dimensionality.Conclusion Social function status of employees could be reflected in social function index sub-questionnaire of WAI-R.
