摘要
目的 :CD4 0是肿瘤坏死因子受体家族的一员 ,它对B细胞的存活 ,增殖和分化起重要作用。然而除B细胞外 ,CD4 0的表达情况还没有很好的研究。因此我们检测原发性肝细胞癌组织中CD4 0的表达情况。方法 :用SABC免疫组化法检测原发性肝细胞癌组织 (5 0例 )和非肝癌组织 (2 7例 )CD4 0的表达。结果 :4 0 %的原发性肝细胞癌组织检测到CD4 0抗原 ;而非肝癌组织未能检测到CD4 0抗原。结论 :原发性肝细胞癌组织中有CD4 0的表达 ,为进一步研究肝肿瘤生物学 ,尤其是抑制FAS和TNFR介导的细胞凋亡与基因治疗原发性肝细胞癌打下基础。
Objective: CD40, a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR)family, plays a crucial role in the survival, proliferation, and differentiation in B cells. However, the expression of CD40 other than in B cells has not been well studied. Therefore, we investigated the expression of CD40 in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissue.Methods:We examined the expression of CD40 in human Hcc tissues(50 cases) and nontumor liver tissues(27 cases) by SABC immunohistochemistry.Results:40% of human HCC tissues demonstrated positive staining for CD40 ,whereas nontumor tissue showed little detectable staining.Conclusions: The expression CD40 of human HCC tissues make it possible to study further on its tumor biology, especially the resistance against FAS and TNFR mediated apoptosis and gene therapy Hcc preparation.
