Effects of Ganoderma Lucidum Polysaccharides and Acupuncture on the Learning-Memory Behavior of Mice

目的 探讨灵芝和 (或 )针刺对小鼠学习记忆的影响。方法 采用跳台法和Y -迷宫法测定小鼠的学习记忆能力。给小鼠 12 0mg/ (kg·d)灵芝灌胃和 (或 )针刺连续 7d。 结果 与对照组相比较 ,灵芝能提高小鼠的学习记忆能力 ;灵芝 +针刺有一定的协同作用。结论 灵芝和 (或 )

Objective To study the effect of Ganoderma Lucidum Polysaccharides and (or) acupuncture on the learning-memory behavior of mice. Methods The behavior of learning and memory of mice were studied by using diving platform and Y-maze after intragastric administnaion of Ganoderma Lucidum Polysaccharides at a dose of 120mg/kg for 7 days and electroacupunctrue. Results Comparing with the control group, Ganoderma Lucidum Polysaccharides could remarkably improve the function of learning-memory of mice, Ganoderma Lucidum Polysaccharides combined with electroacupunctrue showed some synergelic effect. Conclusion Ganoderma Lucidum Polysaccharides and (or) acupuncture can improve the learning-memory ability.
