腹部手术病人健康教育评价标准的制订 被引量:33

摘要 目的 :制定腹部手术病人健康教育评价标准 ,提供护理健康教育质量检测工具。方法 :以美国Marion ,J .2 0 0 0年护理评价分类系统 (NOC )及国际通用的ISO 90 0 0质量管理标准体系为框架 ,分 4个步骤制定腹部手术病人健康教育评价标准。结果 :通过对 12个省、市、地区的 815名护理人员对评价标准认同性问卷调查 ,97%护士认为该标准能有效地控制健康教育质量 ,95 %护士认为评价标准规范了护士健康教育的内容 ,确立了健康教育范围 ,94%护士认为评价标准内容完整、全面 ,对临床有指导作用 ,89%护士认为评价标准具有可操作性。结论 :评价标准对临床有指导、监测和管理作用。 Objective: to work out an evaluation criterion for health education of patients underwent abdomen operation, to provide a measurement for the quality of nursing health education. Methods: based on both Marion, J. 2000 nursing evaluation classification system and ISO 9000 quality standard system, health education evaluation criterion for patients underwent abdomen operation was worked out in 4 steps. Results: a total of 815 nursing staffs from 12 provinces, cities or areas were investigated for their meeting of minds on the criterion via filling out questionnaire. 97% of investigated nursing staffs thought that the criterion could meet the needs of controlling health education quality effectively. 95% nurses thought that the criterion has the standardized content and clear range of health education. 94% of nurses thought that the criterion has complete and all-round content. 89% of nursing staffs thought that the criterion is feasible. Conclusion: the evaluation criterion has a role of clinical guidance and management.
