虎杖大黄素对豚鼠皮肤Ⅰ型人疱疹病毒感染的治疗作用 被引量:1

Effects of Emodin Extracted from Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati in Treating HSV-1 Cutaneous Infection in Guinea Pigs

摘要 目的 :观察虎杖大黄素在活体中抗Ⅰ型人疱疹病毒作用。方法 :以阿昔洛韦 (ACV )为阳性对照 ,以含 1.0ml/LTween 80的PBS及PBS为阴性对照 ,用HSV 1HS 1株感染豚鼠皮肤复制动物模型 ,观察虎杖大黄素抗Ⅰ型人疱疹病毒的药效。结果 :ACV及虎杖大黄素处理皮区的累积计分依次为 (14 .2 0± 6 .70 )分 ,(7.0 0± 6 .16 )分 ;ACV及虎杖大黄素处理皮区的痊愈时间分别为 (7.2 0± 1.0 8)d ,(6 .30± 1.4 0 )d ,与PBS及含 1.0ml/LTween 80的PBS处理皮区有明显的差异 ,且与皮肤样本的病毒滴度检测结果相一致。结论 :虎杖大黄素比ACV治疗豚鼠皮肤Ⅰ型人疱疹病毒感染的效果好 。 Objective:To investigate anti-herpes effects of emodin extracted from Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati on human simplex virus type-1(HSV-1) in vivo.Method:By using acyclovir(ACV) as positive control,and PBS and 1.0 ml/L Tween-80+PBS as negative control,using guinea pig model of cutaneous HSV-1 infection,the anti-herpes effects of emodin extracted from Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati were observed.Result:The cumulative scores of the regions dealt with ACV,emodin were (14.20±6.70),(7.00±6.16) respectively;the time to healing of the regions dealt with ACV,emodin were (7.70±1.08)d,(6.30±1.40)d separately,these results had significance in statistics compared with the regions dealt with PBS and PBS+1.0 ml/L Tween-80,and corresponded with the virus titre of skin samples.Conclusion: The anti-herpes effects of emodin are better than those of ACV,and it is worth exploiting.
