益肝颗粒对急性肝损伤小鼠肝功能的影响

Effect of Yigan Granule on Liver Function in Mice with Acute Liver Injury

目的 :观察益肝颗粒对急性肝损伤小鼠肝功能的保护作用。方法 :益肝颗粒分别以1.33,2 .6 7,5 .33g/kg灌胃给药 ,连续 8d ,末次药后用D 氨基半乳糖盐酸盐 (D Gal)复制急性肝损伤小鼠模型 ,2 4h后测定总胆红素 (TBIL)、丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)和天冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)含量。结果 :益肝颗粒能明显降低模型小鼠的AST、ALT和TBIL含量。结论

Objective:To observe the protective effect of Yigan Granule on liver function in mice with acute liver injury. Method: The model of acute liver injury was induced by D-galactosamine hydrochloric acid.The contents of alamine transaminase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and total bilirubin in serum were determined. Result:Yigan Granule obviously reduced the contents of AST,ALT and total bilirubin in serum. Conclusion: Yigan Granule can protect the liver function.
