复方降脂汤治疗高脂血症69例观察

Observation on Hyperlipemia (69 cases) Treated by Compound Decoction for Blood Fat

目的 :观察复方降脂汤治疗原发性高脂血症的疗效。方法 :治疗组 6 9例用复方降脂汤治疗 ,对照组 6 3例用血脂康胶囊治疗。观察治疗后血清胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白 (L DL- C)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL- C)的变化。结果 :治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为 88.4 %、6 9.8% ,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :复方降脂汤在降低 TC、TG、L DL- C和升高 HDL- C方面均有明显效果 ,有良好降脂作用。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of compound decoction for blood fat in treatment of original hyperlipemia.Methods:The test group (69 cases) had been treated by compound decoction for blood and the control,treated by pulse for blood fat.The indexes,TC,TG,LDL-C,had been determined.Results:The total effective rate was 88.4% in the test and 69.8% in the control respectively (P<0.01).Conclusion:The prescription,compound decoction for blood fat,can be effectively used in letdown of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and hoist of HDL-C.
