模拟训练对屈光不正矫正手术中头位和眼位的影响

The influence of simulated behavior practice on the position of eye and head in myopia operation

目的 :探索屈光不正矫正手术中头位和眼位偏移的护理干预方法 ,以期获得较好的手术效果。方法 :将 10 0例 18～ 2 0岁手术患者按随机分组的原则分为处理组和常规组 ,分别采用模拟训练法和单纯术前健康教育法 ,观察患者术中头位和眼位的变化及手术疗效。结果 :处理组术中发生头位和眼位偏移率明显低于常规组 ,有显著性差异 (χ2 =5 .4 4 ,4 .32 6 ;χ2 =4 .82 ,33.0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ;术后视力矫正结果有显著差异 (χ2 =7.92 3,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :模拟训练法可提高患者的认知能力 ,降低屈光不正矫正手术中头位和眼位的偏移率。

Objective: In order to improve the operation outcome,nursing counter measures was explored to correct the excursion of eye and head in myopia operation. Method: 100cases of patients between 18 and 20 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in group A (Control group) were given simple pre-operation health education, while patients in group B (Intervention group) were given simulated behavior practice. The position change of eye and head during the operation and the effects after the operation were observed. Results: The incidente of the excursion of eye and head in group B was a significantly lower than group A (χ 2=5.44,4.326;χ 2=4.82,33.01, P <0.05). There was a significant difference in postoperative vision (χ 2=7.923, P <0.01). Conclusion: Simulated behavior practice can improve patients cognitive abilities and can decrease the possibility of position change of eye and head during the operation.
