摘要
目的 观察GIK溶液对瓣膜置换术病人术中红细胞膜流动性的影响。方法 2 0例病人随机等分成对照组和GIK治疗组 ,红细胞膜流动性用DPH荧光标记法测定。结果 两组病人转流 30min和停机 30min红细胞膜平均微粘度 (η)、各向异性(г)和脂质过氧化物 (MDA)明显增加 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,对照组停机 30minη、г明显高于转流 30min(P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ;而GIK治疗组转前 1 0min、转流 30min和停机 30min各时相点 ,η、г值明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,但对MDA无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the influence of GIK solution on the fluidity and lipid peroxides of erythrocyte membrane in patients undergoing cardiac valvular replacement.Methods Twenty patients were divided ramdomly into control group and GIK solution treating group,and the membrane fluidity of erythrocyte was measured by fluorometry with DPH(1,6 diphenyl,3,5 hexatriene) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in erythrocyte membrane was assayed.Results In both groups the microviscosity,anisotopy and MDA content of erythrocyte membrane during cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)30 min and 30 min after CPB were significantly increased compared with 10 min before CPB, 30 min after CPB;the microviscosity,anisotopy in control group was higher than that during CPB 30 min, the microviscosity,anisotopy in GIK solution group at 10 min before CPB, during CPB 30 min and 30 min after CPB were lower than that in control group respectively,but GIK solution had no effect on MDA.Conclusion Those findings suggest that GIK solution improve the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane in patients undergoing cardiac valvular replacement.
