摘要
目的:观察电针对三氯化铝(AlCl_3)中毒大白鼠学习记忆减退的拮抗作用,以及对大脑皮层乙酰胆碱(Ach)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的影响。方法:建立AlCl_3中毒幼年大白鼠学习记忆障碍动物模型,设正常组,痴呆模型组(简称模型组),模型加脑复康组(简称脑复康组),模型加电针治疗组(简称电针治疗组)。结果:脑复康和电针均能显著对抗AlCl_3所致记忆障碍,其中以电针尤为明显。电针治疗组与脑复康组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。增加铝中毒幼年大白鼠大脑重量,脑复康组、电针治疗组与模型组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。电针治疗组与脑复康组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。电针能显著升高大白鼠脑内Ach和AchE含量。结论:电针能改善大白鼠AlCl_3所致的记忆障碍,提高大白鼠的学习记忆能力。能增加铝中毒幼年大白鼠大脑重量,保护大脑神经细胞正常形态,从而使大脑功能正常运转。在Ach和AchE的水解过程中参与了代谢,有助于记忆过程,电针对AlCl_3所致大白鼠记忆获得障碍的改善作用可能与其对中枢M-胆碱能系统的影响有关。
Objective: To observe the Counteraction effect of electro - acupuncture (EA) on hypomnesis induced by Aids poisoning and its influence on acetylcholine (Ach) and acetyl choline esterase (AchE) in cerebral cortex. Methods: Memory disorder model young rats was established by AlCl3 poisoning. Normal group (NG), dementia model group (DG), model with Naofukang group (MNG) and model with electro - acupuncture group (MAG) were allocated. Results: Naofukang and EA can markedly relieve memory disorder, especially EA, the difference between MNG and MAG differ from NG very significantly ( P < 0. 01), and the difference between MAG and MNG was also significant. In increasing the brain weighe of models, increase of Al poisoning young rats, MNG and MAG differ from NG very significantly ( P < 0. 01), and the difference between MAG and MNG was also significant. EA can markedly increase the brain content of Ach and AchE in rats. Conclusion: EA can improve the memory disorder induced by AlCl3 poisoning, enhance the memory ability of rats, increase the brain weight of models, retain the normal state of cerebral nerve cells so as to maintain the normal cerebral function. Hydrolysis of Ach and AchE participates the metabolism and is helpful for memory. The improvement of memory disorder may be related to its influence on central M - cholinergic system.
