儿童髋关节骨化过程的CT表现

CT Observation of Hip Joint Development in Normal Children

目的 观察 2～ 14岁儿童髋关节CT正常表现。资料与方法 对 5 7例 2～ 14岁儿童 6 6个髋关节行CT扫描。回顾性分析其CT图像。结果 发现 2～ 14岁儿童髋关节由于髋臼、股骨头及大小粗隆、坐骨骨骺的软骨内成骨过程中 ,可出现股骨头透亮环征、新月征及髋臼钙化簇征 ,还可见小凹征和股骨头大小粗隆及坐骨骨骺的CT表现。结论 CT可清楚显示儿童髋关节在软骨内成骨过程中出现的各种改变 。

Objective To observe CT manifestations of hip joint in normal 2～14 year old children.Materials and Methods Sixty six hip joints of 57 children (aged 2～14 years old) were scanned for different reasons. CT manifestations were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Results On CT scans of the normal hip joint, lucent ring sign and crescent sign of the femoral head, fragmented calcification of the acetabulum epiphyses were demonstrated. Besides, fovea of femoral head and variations of epiphyses calcification of the femoral greater, lesser trochanters and ischium were also displayed.Conclusion Various normal variations of the hip joint occur during the course of endochondral ossification, CT can clearly display these changes. A familiarity with these manifestations can avoid misdiagnosis.
