摘要
目的 了解乙酸注射对正常兔肝肾组织破坏作用的大小 ,比较乙酸和无水乙醇的灭活效果。材料与方法 健康家兔 2 0只 ,实验动物分 4组 :经肝实质注射乙酸组 6只 ,经肝实质注射无水乙醇组 6只 ,经股动脉插管肾动脉灌注乙酸组 4只 ,经股动脉插管肾动脉灌注无水乙醇组 4只 ,血管内组观察肾动脉及其分支动态造影表现 ,标本作病理检查 ,采用t检验进行数据处理。结果 肝实质注射乙酸及无水乙醇两组坏死区的平均直径无显著性差异 ,乙酸灌注组坏死范围和程度比相同剂量无水乙醇组广泛且严重。结论 肝实质注射乙酸和肾动脉灌注乙酸均可导致凝固性坏死改变 ,相同剂量的 5 0
Objective To access the efficacy of acetic acid in destruction of liver and kidney tissue in rabbits, and to compare the chemoablation effect of acetic acid with absolute alcohol.Materials and Methods Twenty healthy rabbits were divided into four groups: group 1 (n=6), intrahepatic injection of 50% acetic acid; group 2 (n=6), intrahepatic injection of absolute alcohol; group 3 (n=4), transcatheter renal arterial infusion of 50% acetic acid; and group 4 (n=4), transcatheter renal arterial infusion of absolute alcohol. The specimens were pathologically examined. The results were statistically analyzed by using t test.Results No significant difference in mean diameter of necrotic area existed between group 1 and group 2. The necrotic extent and degree in the group 3 were more great and severe than that in group 4.Conclusion Both intrahepatic injection and renal arterial infusion of acetic acid can cause coagulation necrosis. When same dose is used, 50% acetic acid can cause more tissue destruction than absolute alcohol does.
