针对石油化工生产装置检修复杂、危险性大的特点 ,从组织领导、检修方案制订、安全教育、装置停车处理、直接作业环节管理。
Considering the characteristics of repairing complicated and big hazardous of petrochemical plants,some safety inspection countermeasures are presented in the following aspects:organization leader,repairing scheme,safety education,equipment shutdown,straight operation procedure management,inspection and superviˉsion and logistic support.
