纳米技术在中枢神经系统疾病研究中的作用

摘要 纳米技术问世以来,其巨大的发展潜能使之成为当前研究中枢神经系统疾病的新方法和手段之一。纳米技术以其独特的性能在对神经元损伤的研究中发挥着不可替代的作用:纳米颗粒可以和有机高分子多肽结合、与无机盐结合透过血脑屏障。在脑脊液蛋白质的运输中载有脂质包被的阳性纳米粒子也使转运能力大增。纳米技术为临床神经系统疾病的诊断、治疗也提供了新的思路和新的方法,使脑血管疾病的定位诊断更加准确,治疗措施也由有创性变为微创甚至无创性。可以断定纳米技术在中枢神经系统疾病的研究中必将起到划时代的巨大作用。
