TGF-β在高氧性肺损伤纤维化中的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 转化生长因子-β是重要的生长调节因子,近年来它在纤维化疾病中的作用倍受关注。高氟肺损伤后肺纤维化是临床上采用高浓度氧机械通气常见的并发症,转化生长因子-β在高氟性肺损伤及修复过程中和其他细胞因子相互影响,对肺纤维化的发生、发展起着重要的调控作用。
