Recently SARS is spreading in China furiously, the governmental crisis management system is suffering an unprecedented baptism. SARS crisis exposes the shortcomings of the governmental crisis management system. So we must catch the chance SARS brings and innovate the governmental crisis management system to improve the governmental crisis management ability continuously.
