中老年2型糖尿病患者血清瘦素水平分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the serum leptin level in 2-diabetes mellitas patients of the middle and elderly ages

摘要 目的 中老年 2型糖尿病患者与非肥胖健康人血清瘦素 (Leptin ,Lep)水平的比较 ,探讨中老年 2型糖尿病患者血清Lep与血胰岛素 (INS)之间的关系。 方法 采用放射免疫方法测定 2 0 2例中老年糖尿病患者空腹血清Lep和INS水平及 10 0例非肥胖健康患者空腹血清Lep水平进行比较分析。 结果 糖尿病患者血清Lep水平无论男女均分别与对照组比较差异有显著性 ,血清Lep水平明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,且性别之间存在明显差异 ,女性显著高于男性 (P <0 .0 1) ;糖尿病患者血清INS≥ 9.8mIU/L组与INS <9.8mIU/L组相比 ,Lep水平前一组明显高于后一组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 糖尿病患者由于糖代谢紊乱存在不同程度的脂质代谢紊乱及部分糖尿病是由于肥胖引起的 ,以上这两个因素是导致血清Lep水平升高的原因 ;糖尿病组和对照组均存在着明显的性别差异 ,这种差异系睾酮水平的生理性差异所引起 ;糖尿病患者血清INS水平升高刺激Lep分泌增加 ,Lep亦能抑制或促进INS分泌。 Objective To compare the serum leptin (Lep) level between 2-diabetes mellitas (2-DM) patients and non fatty healthy people of the middle and elderly ages. To evaluate the relativity between the serum Lep and the serum insulin (INS) in the 2-DM patients. Methods The levels of the serum fast Lep and fast INS of 202 patients and 100 healthy people were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results There was significant difference ( P < 0.01 ) between the patients group and the healthy people group. The levels of Lep were all obviously higher in the patients group than in the healthy people group ( P < 0.01 ) and in female than male ( P < 0.01 )。 In the 2-DM patients group the Lep level was higher in serum INS≥9.8 mIU/L than in serum INS<9.8 mIU/L ( P < 0.01 ). Conclusions The increase of serum Lep can catalyze the excretion of INS, and the serum Lep can inhibit the excretion of INS.
