癌性肺不张的X线表现(附50例纤支镜与病理对照分析)

Pulmonary Atelectasis of Brochogenic Cancer and It's Roentgenological Appearance(Analysis of 50 Cases Proved through FOB and Pathology).

本文报道我院1977～1987年间50例癌性肺不张的X线表现。阻塞性肺不张19例,胸片仅能显示肺不张。肺不张伴癌性实变9例,胸片显示段、叶致密实变与结节散在邻近肺组织。肺不张伴癌瘤22倒,胸片同时可见肺不张与肿块。本文介绍了X 线特征的病理基础,确诊尚需细胞学和组织学检查。

From 1977-1987,50 cases of neoplasticpulmonary atelectasis were analysed.The xray features are as follows:(1)obstructiveatelectasis 19/50,x-ary film revealed only thedensity of atelectasis;(2)cancer infiltratedthrough bronchus to alvolar with atelectasis9/50,the x-ary film showed segmental orlobar consolidation with scattered canceroustubercles in their adjacent tissue;(3)atelectasis and cancer coexisting in x-ary film22/50.This article recommande the x-aryfeature of patholocal origin,but thedefinitive diagnosis necessiated cytologicaland histological study.
