本文分析了7例成人小肠套叠的影像学资料,并对疑为此病的患者应如何选择常用的影像学检查方法及其各自的表现作了讨论。本组成人小肠套叠有6例为小肠肿瘤所引起。有2例肠套叠自然松解复位。

In this article the imaging materials of 7cases with adult small bowel intussusceptionwere analysed.The roles and manifestationsof the imaging modalities commonly used todiagnose this disease were discussed.Sixcaases of these were caused by small bowelneoplasm and 2 cases could reducedspontaneously.
