中药制剂经氧气雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺病疗效观察

Treatment of COPD with Spray Inhalation of Oxygen-exposed TCM Pharmaceutics: Observations on Its Therapeutic Effects

目的以中医药疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD) ;方法中药制剂氧气超声雾化吸入 ,按照疗程观察 ;结果随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组有效率为 87.0 0 % ;对照组有效率为 75 .0 0 % ;治疗组疗效优于与对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;结论中药经氧气雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺病有效 。

Objective To treat COPD with TCM therapies. Methods TCM pharmaceutics were vaporized supersonically with oxygen for inhalation to observe the effects according to the course of treatment. Results Patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group at random, of which the treatment group achieved an effective rate of 87.00%, and the control group achieved an effective rate of 75.00%. The former group was better than the latter in therapeutic effects(P<0.05). Conclusion It was effective to treat COPD with spray inhalation of oxygen-exposed TCM pharmaceutics. The method is worth spreading in COPD patients.
